It's odd, but hey, not every community needs currency or trade to survive. Even though the city is mostly foreigners, it seems like it still gets its supplies and revenue from somewhere else entirely -- ah, hold on.
[He's going to scoot for a second to go grab a towel from one of the stands around the plaza. Thre's no need for Anise to walk around all soaked like that, after all.]
